Periodic roof maintenance plays an important part in the life of your roof system. When a maintenance program is properly carried out, it will add years of service to the roof by detecting minor problems before they become major, as well as providing better protection for your building. Although best initiated when a roof is designed  and installed, a preventive maintenance program, in most cases, can be implemented at any time and extend the service life of your roof.

The following  are some of the services offered by Runyon & Sons Roofing:

  • Complete and thorough inspection reports.
  • Detailed specifications and certified project management for each roofing project.
  • Effective preventive maintenance programs.
  • Emergency and non-emergency repair service.

We install and service the following:

  • EPDM - a high performance engineered roofing membrane that provides the weatherability and flexibility of rubber
  • Londeck - is a heavy-duty, laminated PVC material especially developed for outdoor applications. The top wearing surface is compounded to resist foot traffic, abrasion, and weather extremes. Applications include: single-ply sheeting for roofs, balconies, walking decks--almost anywhere.
  • PVC Single Ply - a thermoplastic that is a polyester reinforced based heat-weldable membrane with superior weatherability and strength.
  • Built-Up - a traditional BUR system with multiple layers of quality asphalt products with flood coat and gravel.
  • Modified - a modified bitumen membrane with a core that is a strong, heavyweight, resilient, non-woven polyester mat coated with a polymer-modified asphalt and surfaced with mineral granules.
  • Tapered Roof Insulation - this type of system will virtually eliminate the most frequent cause of membrane failure - - ponding water. It also helps to provide the most thermally efficient roof system.
  • Repairs - Flashing repairs + installations, joint sealing, drain + curb installations, recoating, emergency leak repairs, annual roof cleaning.
