Laborers:
- Seasonal positions available. Great for college students home for summer break. Work from May--until August, plenty of hours, good money, and chance learn a trade.
- Year-Round positions also available. Opportunity to make good entry level wages while learning the roofing trade from seasoned roofers.
- No Experience necessary. Steady income growth as you learn.
Commercial Roofers:
- If you have a minimum of 3 years experience in BUR, PVC & EPDM roofing, decent driving record, desire to earn good pay and benefits, willingness to sweat and give 100%, then we're looking for you!
Shingle Roofers:
- A roofer must be able to execute proper roofing practices and procedures while working independently as directed with minimum supervision. Willing to gain efficiency and experiences of basic roofing procedures while learning more complex and detailed roofing procedures.
Foreman:
- As a working roofer - you must be able to effectively lead and train a crew of up to 6 workers. Must be able to recognize and resolve unusual roofing challenges. You would be responsible for maintaining safety standards, crew productivity, material control, proper care & use of vehicles, tools and equipment. Must present positive professional conduct with both his crew and with our customers.
Repair Foreman:
- We're looking for motivated roofers capable of leading a 2-3 man repair crew. Must be skilled in asphalt shingle installation and repair techniques, EPDM and single-ply membrane repairs, and built up roof system repairs. Must have a clean driving record.
Supervisors:
- An individual that can effectively and profitably manage the implementation of our contracts from start to finish for up to four crews. Is responsible for scheduling of jobs, materials needed, manpower required, safety requirements, productivity rates, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Salesman:
- Looking for an experienced and aggressive salesman that is looking for a challenging position with a fast growing company. Very attractive commissions schedule with multiple levels of bonus opportunities.
