Runyon & Sons Roofing will inspect the reported problem. Runyon & Sons Roofing will repair the issue, free of charge, if, under its sole discretion, Runyon & Sons Roofing determines the issue to be warranty related. Non-Warranty repairs performed by Runyon & Sons Roofing are based on Runyon & Sons Roofing’s visual inspection and investigation of the area reported problem and will be charged based on prevailing wages, plus materials, based on Runyon & Sons Roofing’s charge scale. Runyon & Sons Roofing will not perform infrared scans, destructive testing or water testing prior to commencing work unless specifically requested, and paid for, by customer. These scans are an additional charge above and beyond the standard inspection fee. Unless otherwise agreed, Runyon & Sons Roofing will only perform a visual inspection, and cannot guarantee that no additional problems will be discovered once repairs begin. Customer acknowledges and understands that, after Runyon & Sons Roofing commences its work, new or additional problems may be uncovered that were not discovered by Runyon & Sons Roofing’s visual inspection and that the price and time to complete the repairs may be increased as a result of such problems. No consequential or related damages, interior or exterior, are covered under any warranty.
Customer further acknowledges and agrees that Runyon & Sons Roofing is not responsible
for damages or leaks due to existing conditions or existing sources of leakage simply because Runyon & Sons Roofing started work or performed repair work.
WARRANTY REPAIRS MAINTAIN THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY ISSUED BY RUNYON & SONS ROOFING IN
CONNECTION WITH THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND
DISCLAIMED. RUNYON & SONS ROOFING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OR INJURIES INCLUDING ALLEGED DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING, OR ANY COMPONENTS OR
CONTENTS THEREOF, MOLD, MILDEW, LOSS OF USE, RENTAL INCOME OR PERSONAL PROPERTY. PLEASE
SEE FULL DISCLOSURES TO BECOME PART OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ONE IN THE SAME AT
