With over 40 years of experience in the roofing business, Clyde’s wealth of industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to quality is the cornerstone on which Northeast Ohio’s premiere roofing company is built. Working with his father at an early age and then eventually inheriting the business, Clyde understands what it means to provide a top quality job every time. Currently, he oversees the executive operations of the company while taking a special interest in readying his two sons to carry on the Runyon & Sons commitment to quality into the next generation. In his free time, Clyde enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, boating, and traveling with his wife Amy.

Tom brings over 35 years of hands on experience to the company. Also learning the industry with his father from an early age, Tom focuses on managing the commercial roofing side of the company. With his intricate technical knowledge and commitment to utilize the most cutting edge roofing technology, he has helped to exponentially grow the company’s commercial roofing operations. During his free time, Tom enjoys cooking, golfing, and traveling with his wife Jacqueline.

Clyde’s oldest child and a graduate of Kent State University, Scott oversees the company’s safety operations and also works part time in sales. Fully trained and OSHA certified in worksite safety, Scott strives to ensure the safest possible conditions for everyone on the job site. Scott also works in sales and helps customers to match the best roof to their current needs. Scott enjoys all types of sports, spending time with friends and family, video games, and traveling in his time away from work.

Clyde’s youngest son, Todd is devoted to helping every customer find the right roof for their needs, while carrying on the commitment to quality that Runyon and Sons is known for. Todd’s vast product knowledge and warm personality make him a customer favorite and a strong representative of what Runyon & Sons stands for. His sense of community and bringing people together culminated in the first ever Runyon & Sons “Home Makeover” which provided a much needed boost to a deserving Lake County family. With their gracious sponsors, Runyon and Sons hopes to make this an annual event. Along with his wife Heather, Todd participates in many sports, travels, and loves spending time with his friends and family.

Jean has been with the company for over 10 years now. She is in charge of the financial book keeping and also supports the rest of the office staff in countless ways. Much appreciated by both customers and fellow employees for her warm demeanor and lively personality, Jean’s role is integral in helping Runyon & Sons internal operations to run smoothly and efficiently. Among her many interests, she loves cooking and baking, spending time with her family, and following all Cleveland sports. Jean has also recently taken up golf with her husband Dave.

Clyde’s only daughter and a graduate of Ohio University, Katie’s role is crucial to the ongoing success of Runyon & Sons Roofing. In addition to her office support and new prospect tracking role, Katie manages the internal day to day progress of every job the company performs. Her dedication to quality and efficiency ensures all customers get what they paid for, while helping to monitor the company’s use of man hours and materials. When she is not working, Katie enjoys the beach, traveling, spending time with family, golf, and shopping.
