GAF Class Action Lawsuit

GAF Materials Manufacturer has reached a preliminary settlement related to claims filed against the corporations Timberline dimensional shingle series.  The products in question are those that were either manufactured in the Mobile, Alabama plant during the years ranging from 1999-2007 or any Timberline shingle manufactured between the years of 1999-2009 from any of the other GAF plant locations.  For additional information regarding this case please visit www.roofsettlement.com.

At this time, we have very limited information regarding the necessary steps to join this class action suit but will continue to monitor the situation and inform our customers as we are updated from GAF.
