Foremen, Roofers, Laborers (both Residential and Commercial)

REQUIREMENTS & COMPENSATION:
Laborers: If Qualified pay starts $13.50 – $15
- No Experience needed
- Valid Driver’s License with less than 4 points and NO DUI’s
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Can pass pre-employment drug screen
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Roofers: If Qualified pay starts $16 – $22
- All of the above, plus:
- 2 years minimum verifiable installation experience
- Must be able to install all flashings correctly
- Light carpentry experience
- Able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Project Managers: If Qualified pay starts $23 – $28
- All of the above, plus:
- A minimum 5 years verifiable installation experience
- A proven track record for producing results
- Prior crew management experience a plus
- Computer skills – MS Office, iPad, Android Smartphones, etc.
- Customer service skills
